Coaching sessions, live classes, and digital products require preparation, time, and dedication. Therefore, all payments made for services are non-refundable once the session has taken place or the digital content has been delivered.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, I’ll be happy to reschedule your session at no extra cost. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

For digital downloads, recorded classes, or online course access, all sales are final. These are non-refundable once access is granted, as they are considered consumed upon delivery.

In case of an emergency or unexpected situation, please contact me directly. I always try to be fair and supportive, and special cases will be handled with care on a case-by-case basis.
